Many people qualify for financial assistance, which can lower monthly premiums and out-of-pocket costs. Our team is here to help you navigate your options so you can secure the coverage that works best for you.

What Do Marketplace Plans Cover?

Some Marketplace insurance plans offer coverage for:

  • Doctor visits
  • Hospitalization and emergency care

Eligibility

You may be eligible for a Marketplace insurance plan if you’ve recently lost Medicaid coverage, or if your income is between $20,000 and $43,000, depending on your household size. This could include individuals working for small employers, self-employed workers, or those in gig economy roles like rideshare drivers, delivery services, or freelancers.

Marketplace plans are available to U.S. citizens, nationals, and some non-citizens who meet certain requirements. If you’re not sure whether you qualify, our team is here to help you explore your options and guide you through the application process.

New ACA Eligibility for DACA Recipients

Following recent policy changes announced by President Biden’s administration in 2024, DACA recipients are now eligible to apply for affordable health coverage through the ACA Marketplace. This means that as a DACA recipient, you can now access comprehensive health plans that cover essential services, including doctor visits, prescriptions, preventive care, and more.

Our health insurance services team is here to help you navigate these new options and guide you through the enrollment process. Bilingual support is available.
