DESCRIPTION:As part of our National Health Center Week celebration\, Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center is offering free health screenings for adults and children. This event is open to the public—no appointment or insurance is required. \nLocation:\nPropeller Building\nSamuel U. Rodgers Health Center\n2050 E. 9th St.\, Kansas City\, MO 64124 \nAvailable screenings include:\n\nVision checks for adults and children (including glaucoma screenings for adults)\nBlood pressure and glucose screenings\nDental screenings for adults and children\, with on-site follow-up scheduling for urgent needs\nToothbrushes and toothpaste available while supplies last\n\nInterpreter services will be available in Spanish and other languages upon request. Patients without a primary care provider will have the option to register on-site. Screenings will use a short\, passport-style form requesting name\, date of birth\, and optional phone number for follow-up. \nNo formal ID is required. \nThis event reflects our commitment to high-quality\, compassionate\, and affordable care for all. \nWalk-ins are welcome.
