Our Adult and Senior Health providers offer a wide range of medical services for anyone 18 years or older. 

Acute care

Our providers are here to help you feel better! Short-term needs include:

  • Colds
  • Flu
  • Skin infections and rashes
  • Earaches
  • Fevers
  • Headaches
  • Upper respiratory infections
  • Urinary tract infections

Chronic care

We provide medical care for long-term illnesses. Chronic conditions include:

  • Diabetes
  • Asthma
  • High blood pressure
  • High cholesterol
  • Arthritis
  • Obesity
  • Mood disorders such as depression and anxiety

Other onsite services

Our Adult and Senior Health providers work with our other teams as needed to fully screen for and address health needs. These services include: 

  • Imaging and laboratory work
  • Health screenings, including tests for HIV/AIDS, STDs, and tuberculosis
  • Well-woman exams (scheduled with a Women’s Health provider)
  • Well-men exams (prostate exams)
  • Seasonal vaccines

Telehealth

Telehealth visits are a great option to meet with a Sam Rodgers provider from the comfort of your own home. However, not all medical needs can be addressed during a telehealth visit.
