Our imaging and lab services are an extension of your primary care and can be important in the early detection, diagnosis, and treatment of different health concerns in patients.

Imaging

Our imaging services are offered at our downtown location. Our experienced technologists care about your results and your experience from start to finish. The use of our imaging technology provides a clear and precise picture of what’s going on in each patient. 

Imaging services are only available to current, registered patients. 

We have full-field digital screening and diagnostic services for: 

  • Mammography 
  • Ultrasound 
  • X-ray 

Labs

Sam Rodgers partners with LabCorp to have highly experienced lab technicians located at our clinics so your labs can be done on-site. We have the ability to do immediate priority labs for our patients, and your results will upload to your patient portal for your convenience. 

Most laboratory tests check a sample of your blood, urine or body tissues. We then analyze the test samples to see if your results fall within the normal range. The tests use a range because what is normal differs from person to person. Many factors affect test results. These include:

  • Your sex, age, and race
  • What you eat and drink
  • Medicines you take
  • How well you followed pre-test instructions

Your Sam Rodgers provider will compare your results over time as part of your ongoing care. Laboratory tests are often part of a routine checkup to look for changes in your health.
