Hi, my name is JoAngela Hill and I am the Community Health Worker working with foster youth patients here at Sam Rodgers. I am a single mother of three daughters, and I understand the difficulties that come with parenthood. I love working with individuals and families, getting to know them, and helping them achieve their goals in life. I also love working with our community partners and building relationships with other organizations. The more we work together, the larger a difference we can make!
