My name is Marlenis Martinez I am the Lead Community Health Worker in Women’s Health in the Downtown location. I am currently responsible for the case management program that provides support for eligible Women’s Health patients. I am passionate about working within the community and families, all to provide the health, education, resources, referrals and provide support that our patients need. My goal is to motivate staff to work at their highest potential to benefit patients, their colleagues, and the organization.
