Hi, my name is Montae Maple, and I am a Lead Community Health Care Worker at SURHC Downtown Location. I work primarily with Refugees and Adult Medicine(ASH). My primary responsibilities are to assist with appointment coordination for each department, transportation, and being a resource for any concerns. I am currently pursuing my degree in Arts at Metropolitan Community College and co-chair on The Equitable Access Taskforce KC. I am very passionate about helping others sustain a comfortable life in our community and really enjoy working with people to achieve their goals.
