Healthy Blue – Live Health Online (LHO)
LHO offers members 24/7, non-emergent medical and behavioral health services, providing live video access on their smartphone, tablet, or computer. To participate, members must sign up with LHO or download the free mobile here. If needed, you can even fill some prescriptions via this app. Spanish-speaking doctors are available seven days a week using Cuidado Médico through the free mobile app here. LHO doctors can help with allergies, cough/cold, fever, back pain, diarrhea & nausea, headache, sinus infection, anxiety & depression, bipolar disorder, grief & stress, panic attacks, and more.
Home State Health (HSH)
HSH has partnered with Babylon to offer 24/7 access to medical care, advice, and referrals (M – F, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. for behavioral health services) at no cost to members. Patients can call 1-800-475-6168 or download Babylon for video appointments with a doctor face-to-face anytime, day or night from your phone. Babylon doctors can help with allergies, rashes & pink eye, bladder & UTI, fever, flu, cough & bronchitis, prescriptions (restrictions apply), sinus infection, stomach-ache & diarrhea, grief, anxiety & depression, and more.
SAMHSA National Helpline
SAMHSA’s National Helpline, 1-800-662-HELP (4357) (also known as the Treatment Referral Routing Service), or TTY: 1-800-487-4889 is a confidential, free, 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year, information service, in English and Spanish, for individuals and family members facing mental and/or substance use disorders. This service provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations.
