Managing diabetes can affect nearly every part of daily life, but you do not have to navigate it alone.
In recognition of National Diabetes Awareness Month, Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center invites you to Sweet Awareness, a free community event designed to help you better understand your health and feel more confident managing life with diabetes.
Receive free health screenings, vision services, and practical nutrition education in one welcoming location. Services include A1C, cholesterol, and glucose testing; glaucoma and vision exams; glasses; and nutrition education.
Attendees will also have a chance to win a free 50-inch smart TV and other prizes.
