Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center opened in 1968 as the first federally qualified health center in Missouri, and only the fourth in the country. Dr. Rodgers built it in the heart of the community he served, so families could get the care they needed close to home. That work has only grown since.

Contact the Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center Fund Development Office or complete the sponsorship commitment form included in the sponsorship proposal. Sponsorships are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and higher-level opportunities are limited.
