Each year, the Missouri Family Support Division (FSD) reviews the eligibility of all MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid) participants. This includes individuals enrolled in managed care health plans like Healthy Blue, Home State Health, and UnitedHealthcare. The process is called Medicaid renewal or annual redetermination, and it’s how the state decides whether you still qualify for coverage.

Step 1: Update Your Contact Information

To avoid missing your Medicaid renewal letter, make sure your mailing address, phone number, and email are current with the Missouri Family Support Division (FSD).

Step 2: Watch for Your Renewal Letter

Your letter will come in the mail with instructions.
Some people are renewed automatically — but many will get a yellow form that needs to be filled out and sent back by a deadline.
