The Missouri Family Support Division is required to start checking the eligibility of all MO HealthNet (MO Medicaid) participants. This includes managed care health plan members of Healthy Blue, Home State Health, and United Healthcare. This process is called Medicaid Annual Renewal.

There are two steps you must take to make sure you complete your annual renewal by your deadline, which could be anytime between April 2023 and April 2024.

Step 1:

Get ready for annual renewal by keeping your contact information with the MO Family Support Division up to date so you can get important updates in the mail. If your address has changed in the last 3 years, you will need to notify the MO Family Support Division of your new address. Sam Rodgers has staff to help you do this. Step 2:

You will receive a letter in the mail sometime between April 2023 and April 2024. This letter will tell you what, if anything, you need to do next. If a response is required, be sure to submit it before the deadline so that you do not risk losing your healthcare coverage.
